Eligibility for Returns:

• Unworn Items: We accept returns of unworn, undamaged, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earring purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Personalized/Custom Jewelry: Items that are personalized or custom-made are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Prepare Shipment: Ensure the item is in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and pouches. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
