Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be carefully processed and prepared for dispatch. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to fulfill and dispatch your order.
For personalized items, please note the following additional processing time:

  • Personalized hand-beaded bracelets: These take 2 weeks to create as they are handmade.
  • Engraved charms: These may take up to 3 weeks to custom order.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We currently ship with UPS, offering the following delivery options:

  • UPS Standard Shipping: Reliable and affordable, this service typically delivers your order within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • UPS Express Shipping: Need your jewelry sooner? Opt for express delivery, which typically arrives within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
